If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use License & Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

4. Storage Plans & Limitations

4.1 Free Plan

• Storage: 1GB of total storage space
• Security: Basic security features
• Upload Limits: Standard upload speeds
• Support: Community support only

4.2 Premium Plan ($5/month)

• Storage: 10GB of total storage space
• Security: Military-grade 256-bit encryption
• Upload Limits: Unlimited uploads and downloads
• Support: 24/7 priority customer support
• Features: Advanced sharing and collaboration tools

4.3 Storage Limitations

• Maximum file size: 5GB per file (Free), 10GB per file (Premium)
• You are responsible for managing your storage space
• We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts after 12 months
• Exceeding storage limits may result in upload restrictions

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $5.00 USD. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Content Ownership & Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and transmit Your Content
• Make backups and copies as necessary
• Display Your Content back to you and authorized users

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by Media Storage and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not sell or share your personal data
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• Regular backups protect against data loss

8. Service Availability & Support

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8.2 Customer Support

• Free users: Community forum support
• Premium users: 24/7 email and chat support
• Response time: Within 24 hours (Premium: 2 hours)

9. Account Termination

9.1 Your Rights

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Logging into your account and selecting "Delete Account"
• Contacting customer support
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

9.2 Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for 12+ months
• We are required to do so by law
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Payment issues (for Premium accounts)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
